Abstract

Kesehatan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Politeknik Negeri Semaraangmerupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang melengkapi fasilitas untukmahasiswanya denganmenyediakan Klinik Kesehatan yang dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pertolongan danpengobatan kepada mahasiswa. Meskipun fasilitas yang diperlukan sudah disdiakan bukanberarti pelayanan yang diberikan/ diterima mahasiswa telah memuaskan, oleh karena itu perludilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah pelayanan klinik Polines telah memuaskan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Poliklinik Politeknik Negeri Semarangyang terdiri dari variable Bukti fisik (X1), Keandalan (X2), Daya tanggap (X3), Jaminan (X4),Empati (X5) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna jasa klinik (Y),namun yang pengaruhnya signifikan hanyalah variable Jaminan (X4), dan variable Empati(X5). Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa disarankan kepada pengelola Poliklinik Polinesuntuk meningkatkan unsur seperti pada indicator kedua variable tersebut yaitu Meningkatkankeramahan petugas, Meningkatkan kemampuan menjelaskan diagnosa keluhan, Menyediakanobat obatan yang lebih lengkap (vaeiabel Jaminan), Petugas harus melayani dengan lebih baiksemua keperluan pasien, Petugas harus lebih memberikan perhatian penuh kepada mahasiswapasien/pengunjung, dan Petugas harus lebih tidak membeda-bedakan dalam memberikanpelayanan kepada mahasiswa pasien/pengunjung (variable Empaty).

Abstract

The retail industry is seen experiencing a very rapid growth and growing. Given the growingdevelopment of retail business and the importance of the acquisition of retail business, thestudents of Business Administration Department are equipped with subjects studying the retailbusiness, the subjects of Retail Management and Retail Practice. However, to date, the deliveryof such material is only done theoretically and only by manual recording on paper. Thiscertainly makes the retail courses less than the maximum in providing an understanding andexperience of the actual retail business to the students. For that purpose, a retail businesssimulation application can provide a more realistic picture to students in managing retailbusiness. In this study, the first thing to do is to do an analysis of what activities in the retailbusiness process will be displayed in the simulation. After that conducted data collection relatedto all business processes. The next step is to design the simulation system. Once the system flowis completed, it will create interface design and system design in it which is the basis ofprogramming simulation application. After the program is completed it will be tested todetermine whether or not there is error of the system.

Abstract

Issues on Excellent Customer Service (ECS) have been being much discussed in manymarketing seminars and writings after the rise of public relations or services and the fall ofadvertising is a real phenomenon. In banking institutions ECS, which is then more recognizedas Customer Service in Delivery (CSID), has its crucial roles or functions to improve clients’satisfaction and maintain their loyalty. Banking institutions need professional human resourcesto make it possible to implement programs of ECS effectively. Abstract

GedongSongo Temple is a culture heritage was developed as superior culture and mountainous landscape tourist object by Semarang regency government. Gedong Songo Temple complex are eight Hindu buildings temple at fresh and beautiful landscape of mountain slopeUngaran. Semarang regency government developed several facilities Gedong Songo Temple tourist object and promotion activities to build tourists loyalty. Purposes of this research are: the fist to measure of quality Gedong Songo Temple tourist object, effectiveness of promotion and to tourist’s loyalty. Secondly to analyse ofinfluencing of quality GedongSongo Temple tourist object and effectiveness of promotion toward tourist’s loyalty. Questionnaire used to collect data, size of sample are 100 respondents. Results of this research are: degree of overall quality Gedong Songo Temple tourist object is quite satisfied; degree of overall effectiveness of promotion is quite effective and degree of overall tourist loyalty of Gedong Songo Temple object tourist is fair to. The quality Gedong Songo Temple tourist object has positive influence toward tourists’ loyalty. Likewise, effectiveness of promotion has positive influence toward tourist’s loyalty.

Abstract

To finance state management, such as paying employees, maintaining people's health,maintaining government buildings, the government needs funds. One source of funds for thegovernment is tax. One of the taxes collected by the government is Income Tax. Every personwho has a certain amount of income, is required to set aside a portion of his income to payincome tax. In Islam, to its adherents, it is subject to the obligation to pay zakat. Zakat is aproperty that must be issued by a Muslim or business entity to be given to those who are entitledto receive it in accordance with Islamic law. One of the things related to zakat, is income. Allforms of income must be paid zakat. To ease the burden of collecting income tax and zakatincome, the government issued a regulation that recognizes income zakat payments can reducetaxable income, which in turn reduces the amount of income tax that must be paid

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to find out and see the competition map among retailbusinesses, such as the modern market such as Alfamart franchise minimarket and other retailstores, with traditional markets. It is done because of the rapid development of modern shopsstart from the city center to suburban and even rural areas. The existence of modern stores thatprovide convenience to the public in the shopping needs and comfort while shopping encourageintense competition among modern franchise stores for market share of traditional markets. Towin the competition companies must make the consumers as loyal customers and loyal buyers.The method used in this research is assessing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities andthreats (SWOT) analysis. Based on the results of SWOT analysis the company is expected to beable to define the strategy (corporate, business, function) to win the competition. The samples ofthis research were selected randomly. 50 Alfamart employees were selected as the internalsamples (the samples from within the company). 100 Alfamarts consumers / customers who haveshopped at lest once (1 times) have been selected as the external samples (samples from outsidethe company). The data data collecting method were questionnaires, interviews, andobservations. The data were analyzed with matrix method IFAS and EFAS. To determine theposition of the company, the coordinates of the customer side is the x-axis and y-axis = 0.14 =0.33 are in quadrant 1 (one) as well as from the employees of the coordinate axes x = 0 , 50 andthe axis y = 0.26 which is also located in quadrant 1 (one). It means that the company is in astrong position and also has strong opportunity. The strategy adopted is an aggressive strategyor growth strategies.

Abstract

Pada umumnya para wanita mendirikan suatu usaha berdasarkan pada alasan ekonomi bukan pada keinginan untuk menciptakan sesuatu yang unik dan diminati oleh pasar. Hal ini memerangkap mereka untuk menciptakan produk yang selalu sama dari waktu ke waktu, sehingga pasar mengalami kejenuhan dan usaha merekapun gulung tikar. Ketika ekonomi rumah tangga dijadikan oleh para wanita sebagai alasan pendirian usaha mereka, maka tanpa disadari mereka menghalangi tumbuhnya kewirausahaan dalam usaha mereka, yang menjadi landasan tumbuh kembangnya usaha melalui penciptaan produk inovatif yang berlangsung terus menerus dan berkesinambungan. Hal ini disebabkan karena kewirausahan merupakanmanifestasikemampuandankemauan individual, untukmenciptakanpeluangbaru, melalui penciptaan produk baru. Faktor penentu keberhasilan pembangunan kewirausahaan wanita yang berdampak pada inovasi produk adalah modal sosial.Dapat dikatakan bahwa modal sosial merupakan sumberdaya aktual dan potensial yang dihubungkan dengan kepemilikan jejaring hubungan (structural social capital) yang terdapat trust (relational social capital), dan keiklasan untuk berbagi visi (cognitive social capital) atau hubungan yang saling menguntungkan bagi para wirausaha wanita. Hubungan sosial ini merupakan sumberdaya yang bernilai untuk melakukan pertukaran sosial maupun ekonomi, yang menimbulkan aset kolektif yang menguntungkan bagi para wirausaha wanita.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi rekonstruksi ekonomi dalam transformasi ke pertanian berbasisindustri pada usaha mikro dan kecil sektor pertanian di Kecamatan Selo Boyolali. Sebagairesponden penelitian adalah para petani yang bermukim di wilayah Selo Boyolali. Jumlahsampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 responden yang terdiri dari tiga kelompok petani, yaitupetani wortel, petani sayuran, dan petani palawija. Alat statistik yang digunakan dalammenganalisis data yang telah dikumpulkan adalah descriptive analysis, analisis uji beda, sertaanalisis servqual.Sebagian besar para petani (80%) di wilayah Selo memiliki kultur budaya yang mendukungrekonstruksi ekonomi dalam transformasi ke pertanian berbasis industri. Namun jika dilihat darisisi pertanian berbasis industri, para petani memiliki keinginan menuju ke arah tersebut namunmasih diliputi keraguan. Keraguan ini mungkin berasal dari perasaan para petani yang merasakurang memiliki pengalaman di bidang pertanian industri. Keinginan untuk merekonstruksiekonomi usaha pertanian ke pertanian industri sangat kuat namun belum mendapatkan dukungandari pihak-pihak terkait. Hal ini terlihat dari batas skor empiris minimum yang cukup tinggi(lebih dari 60%). Sedangkan dilihat dari Budaya Modern, sebagian besar petani (sekitar 70%)sangat mengetahui arti pentingnya modernisasi usaha di bidang pertanian.Hasil rata-rata skor yang didapatkan dari penelitian kali ini, antara petani wortel, petani sayuran,serta petani palawija tidak memiliki perbedaan secara signifikan. Hal ini berarti bahwa perlakuanyang diberikan kepada para petani juga tidak perlu dibeda-bedakan antar ketiga kelompok petanitersebut. Jika terdapat kebijakan dari pemerintah atau sosialisasi tentang pertanian, maka seluruhpetani diundang tanpa kecuali. Dengan demikian pembinaan dan pendampingan terhadap parapetani menjadi lebih mudah.Dari hasil analisis servqual kinerja terlihat bahwa terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan,antara lain :ikatan masysrakat yang tidak menghambat atau membatasi para petani dalamberusaha di bidang pertanian. pembinaan dan pendampingan petani dalam menyelesaikanpersoalan yang dihadapi
